Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Woodland Flower Nursery, we understand that sometimes changes are necessary. This policy outlines the procedures for cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders not yet shipped: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without any penalty. Please contact us via phone or email to initiate the cancellation.
  • Orders already shipped: If your order has been shipped, you will need to follow our return procedure (see below) to receive a refund.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, plants must be in their original condition. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 1 days of delivery to report any issues or reasons for return.
  2. Return the plants to us at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  3. Once we receive the returned plants, we will inspect them and process your refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process.

  • Full Refunds: Issued for orders cancelled before shipping or for plants returned in original condition.
  • Partial Refunds: May be issued for plants returned in non-original condition or for orders where some items are not returnable.

Note: Woodland Flower Nursery reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately and apply to all orders.
